Looking to the future, Air Force must be well placed to not only deal with the changes related to new capabilities but must also adapt to emerging trends related to the future nature of work coupled with changing demographic expectations. To meet these challenges, Air Force will need to design and manage a workforce that is capable of delivering on the attributes of a 5th Generation Air Force: Agile, Informed, Collaborative, Resilient and Integrated.
